Our Process
- Market Review: We constantly review market conditions to identify the most suitable mortgage and insurance products for you.
- Initial Steps:
- Complete a mortgage review questionnaire, including an income and expenditure statement.
- Provide the required paperwork for an accurate mortgage assessment.
- It’s important to do this well in advance and again just before placing an offer on a property, as lending criteria or your circumstances may change.
- Recommendations: We will provide written recommendations based on our assessment. This written advice will be an important record of our discussions. Your lender’s formal offer will also confirm the mortgage details.
Our Fees
We charge a one-time fixed fee for our services, which includes market research, administration, and submitting your application to the lender. The fees vary depending on the type of mortgage:
- Standard mortgage/remortgage: £375
- Negotiate with existing lender (Product Transfer): £150
- Further Advances: £200
- Buy-to-let mortgages: £400
- Portfolio landlords: £450
- Equity Release: £550
- Additional Fees: £100 (for debt consolidation, credit issues, Right to Buy, Help to Buy)
